You said offence of solidarity ?

Jean-Claude Lenoir and Charles Frammezelles opposed in 2003 in a massive raid of paperless in Calais and found himself put in examination for racist insults to a police officer in the exercise of his profession. The verdict in call, marked on December first, 2005, condemns them to 8000 euros of fine and a month of prison with deferment for Jean-Claude Lenoir.

In March 2003 Jean-Claude Lenoir and Charles Frammezelles were put in examination for assistance at the stay from abroad in irregular situation in organized band (this last mention will end up disappearing). Their crime: to carry help to people in danger of died in their offering a meal, a roof or its name so that they can withdraw mandates at the post office. In August 2004, Jean-Claude Lenoir and Charles Framezelles were considered to be guilty but noncondemnable.

Several evenings of support will take place in France and Belgium with the will to inform on what occurs in these two countries and in a more general way in the world, concerning the immigration policies.

France practises since years the offence of solidarity in its courts, organizes charters, whether it is under governments of right or left. In Belgium, the Minister of Interior Department Patrick Dewael threatens of legal proceedings those coming helps some paperless in "Gazet van Antwerpen" on January 7, 2006. We refuse these liberticide policies which deport, lock up, kill, humiliate, thousands of human beings throughout the world.
